Terms & Conditions

Please refer to the detailed Terms and Conditions document attached in the email & the same are applicable to all the confirmed events at Palm Exotica Boutique Resort & Spa.
We do not serve Liquor and strictly prohibited.
Guests without appropriate swimming costume are strictly not allowed in to the pool.
Guests are requested to bring their own Nylon Swim costumes to utilize the pool. The same are available at the resort on sale basis. Gents Costume @ INR 200/- per piece & Ladies Costume @ INR 350/- net per piece.(Kindly contact the resort management on availability of stock)
Only the conversations which are documented between the Guest & Resort team are valid.
Advance payment of 100% of the estimated event cost must be paid to the Resort or a Purchase Order to be raised to confirm the event. Any other charges incurred during the stay must be settled at the time of check-out.
Cancellation & Retention Charges: Cancellation before 72hrs from the date of event will attract 25% of the package, before 48hrs from the date of event will attract 50% of the package and less than 24hrs from the date of event will attract 100% of the package cost as cancellation charges.
Mode of payments available – All Credit & Debit Cards / Cash. We do not accept check payments. Amex cards will attract additional 4.5% on bill amount towards transaction charges.
Kids under 5 years are provided complimentary services, and kids above 5 up to 12 years will be charged 60% of the adult rate and kids above 12 years will be charged as adults
